Our Life & Times

This weekend started off Friday with us going to Lafayette so that Brian could have an ultrasound done. He thought he might have a hernia, but now they are not so sure. They don't think it is anything serious, though. Saturday, we took Konnor to the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. We have been there several times, but everytime we go there is always something new to see. We even went to the Planetarium show, and Konnor thought that was pretty cool. Sunday I taught Sunday school and then we took Konnor to get some new shoes after we ate lunch at Red Lobster. Sunday night was fun too, because right after we finished dinner the power went out. We got out flashlights and candles and sat at the table to play games. It started to get a little cold by the time we went to bed so I put some extra blankets on the beds, and then our power came back on around 10:45 pm. Konnor was disappointed when he woke up this morning and the power was back on because he was hoping there would be no school. Tough luck, I guess!
